Shipping and Returns

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Shipping

Shipping times are between 3 to 5 working days . For the islands the delivery themes will be between 5 to 7 working days .

For “Available to Order” purchases, delivery times are estimated between 20 to 30 working days .

Exchanges and Returns

To return the product, contact us at {email} to arrange collection and reshipment.

We only replace items if defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {email address} and we will arrange collection and shipping of the new item.

Cost for the return will be €7.70 like a standard shipment.
